knowledge and competence of learning support staff who work in a
specialist area and/or across a varied range of responsibilities in a setting.
Level 4 Certificate in Higher Level Teaching Assistant (RQF)
The Level 4 Certificate in Higher Level Teaching Assistant (RQF) qualification is for learners who are employed in a teaching assistant role, who wish to progress to the role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
The purpose of this qualification is to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills to work effectively as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. You will also develop an understanding of the knowledge required to support individuals and small groups and to support individuals with a range of additional needs.
